# Ordly

_Keep a Google Sheet in step with your Shopify store_

Ordly fills a Google Sheet with your orders, products, variants or an inventory forecast — on a schedule, or the moment an order comes in — and writes the status your team sets in the sheet back onto the order in Shopify.

## The real work happens in a spreadsheet

Order confirmation, call lists, restock planning — almost none of it happens in the Shopify admin. It happens in a sheet somebody exports and reformats by hand every morning.

- **Someone exports a CSV each morning and pastes it into the working sheet.** → Ordly appends new records to the same Google Sheet automatically, on a schedule or as soon as the order is created.
- **An agent marks an order done in the sheet and nothing changes in Shopify.** → Set the Status cell and Ordly tags the order in Shopify: pending, confirmed, called, cancelled, returned, delivered or refunded.
- **Every export has the same columns whether or not you need them.** → Choose your columns from 33 fields, rename the headers, and filter rows out before they ever reach the sheet.
- **Restock decisions come from a stock count and a guess.** → The Inventory Forecast Planner writes average daily sales, days of stock left, a reorder point and a suggested order quantity per variant.

## What Ordly actually does

One app, one job: move Shopify data into a Google Sheet that stays useful, and bring one decision back.

- **13 sheet templates**: Among them: orders, order line items, orders by tag or by country, customers, payments, fulfilment status, tracking numbers, products, variants, inventory quantities and an inventory forecast. Each one is a starting point you can change.
- **Status comes back as an order tag**: On a two-way or import sheet, Ordly reads the Status column and applies it to the matching Shopify order as a tag, clearing whichever status tag was there before. It is the one thing Ordly writes to your store.
- **Real-time, scheduled or manual**: Refresh by hand whenever you like, run it every 15 minutes, hourly, daily or weekly, or sync the moment a new order is created — Ordly listens to the orders/create webhook.
- **Your columns, your rows**: Pick from 33 fields, rename every header, and add filters — equals, not equals, contains, greater than, less than — that are combined with AND and applied before anything is written.
- **Formatted, not dumped**: A styled header row, a Status dropdown with seven colour-coded values, conditional formatting that keeps those colours, and an option to colour the whole row from the status.
- **New sheet or one you already have**: Let Ordly create a spreadsheet in your Drive, or point it at an existing one from Drive or by pasting its link. Ordly asks Google for the Sheets scope plus drive.file — not access to your whole Drive.

## Four steps, once per spreadsheet

- **1. Connect Google**: Connect a Google account from Settings. Ordly requests Sheets access and drive.file, so it works with spreadsheets it created for you.
- **2. Pick a template**: Start from one of the 13 templates, then set the columns, header names and filters you want. Add the Status column if your team works the rows.
- **3. Choose the destination**: Have Ordly create a fresh spreadsheet, or connect one you already keep in Drive or share by link.
- **4. Choose the refresh**: Off, real-time on new orders, or a schedule — every 15 minutes, hourly, daily or weekly. Change it later from the spreadsheet's page.

## Where a sheet beats the admin

- **Cash-on-delivery confirmation**: A call team works down the sheet and sets Status per row. Each status lands on the order in Shopify as a tag, so the admin stays in step without anyone opening it.
- **Daily operations reporting**: Orders filtered by tag, by country or by payment status, appended to one sheet on a schedule, ready for whatever pivot table you already built.
- **Restock planning**: The forecast sheet is recomputed in full on every refresh: sales velocity, days of stock left and a suggested order quantity for every variant.
- **Sharing without staff accounts**: A supplier, a bookkeeper or a warehouse gets a Google Sheet link instead of a Shopify staff account and the permissions that come with one.

## Plans

- **Free** — Free. Enough to run the whole flow end to end before you pay for anything.
- **Bronze** — 14.99 USD/month. Automatic refresh on a schedule, with no limit on order age.
- **Silver** — 39.99 USD/month. Adds real-time sync the moment an order is created.
- **Gold** — 59.99 USD/month. No row caps and the fastest schedule Ordly runs.

## Questions, answered

### Do I need a Google account?

Yes. Ordly writes to Google Sheets, so you connect a Google account once from Settings. It requests the Sheets scope and drive.file, which scopes it to spreadsheets it creates for you rather than your whole Drive. You can connect more than one account and disconnect any of them later.

### What can Ordly change in my Shopify store?

One thing: order tags. When a sheet is set to two-way or import and has a Status column, Ordly matches each row to its order and applies the status as a tag, removing the previous one. It does not edit products, prices, inventory or fulfilments — everything else it does with your store data is read-only.

### How up to date is the sheet?

You choose per spreadsheet. Sync by hand any time; run it every 15 minutes, hourly, daily or weekly; or turn on real-time, which syncs when Shopify sends the orders/create webhook. Which cadences you can pick depends on your plan, and each new run appends the records created since the last one.

### Can I use a spreadsheet I already have?

Yes. When you create a sync you can let Ordly make a new spreadsheet, choose one already in your Google Drive, or paste the link to one. Ordly writes into the tab you name and leaves the rest of the file alone.

### Is there a free plan or a free trial?

There is a free plan, and it is the way to try Ordly: every template, 5 rows per sync, manual refresh, and orders from the last 5 days. Paid plans do not include a trial period — they bill from the moment you subscribe, and you can move back down to Free from Shopify's subscription settings.

### Can I install Ordly from the Shopify App Store today?

Not yet. Ordly is built and running, but it does not have a public App Store listing, so there is no install link for it here. The buttons on this page go to XCO Agency's publisher page, where our listed apps live; Ordly will be added there when its listing goes live.

## Stop exporting the same CSV every morning

Ordly is one of a set of Shopify apps built by XCO Agency. Take a look at the ones you can install today while this listing is on its way.
